Weakonomics Featured In The Wall Street Journal!! In 2009, I set many goals for the website. One of them was to be featured in the traditional media in some way. It could be a business magazine or newspaper, just something traditional. This is opposed to new media such as websites, video, and especially blogs. Call it a......

I will die for principle, like many others. No martyr intent, but my decision is made, no remorse, and will influnce others. If “they” come knocking, I may die on my front porch with my broken “Roadblocker” Mossberg in my hands. Enough already. I’m 60..not gonna run around in the woods waiting to get rounded up.

I totally agree! I don’t subscribe to the complete collapse theory either, worst case I will be in Index smokin’ it up with the hippies
Us Washingtonians have been lucky thus far, it is far worse in most other states…

What does Obama really mean when he says No more bailouts from the Federal Government for Wall St.? The Federal Reserve (not part of the federal government) can help them with American dollars and not be accountable or transparent (yet), so I guess they can get help, and Obama looks like he’s doing the right thing but in reality it’s just the wool over the eyes and snow job on it’s way again. Hope ya’all got shears and a parka.
btw, I love your blogtv but I missed last nights.

Hey just kinda curious,,, Don’t know if you’re familiar with ” the bunker report”, doc ( sacrimaniac), or jeff webber( bubbakiah), if not they can all be found on my channel as I subscribe to them all. Anyway, I think you’re infos great and you run a good channel… but when you refer to the republicans whom are u exactly talking about? Because, I don’t know if you’re aware but the white house has officialy classified a certain group of us right wing terrorists or extreme republican terrorists.

your exactly right. the 2 party paradigm has tried to usurp the libertarian movement (which has been the driving force of the patriot resistance movement; and way ahead of all political trends); and tried to make it a republican one… i.e. hannity, beck.

actually, DEMCAD, over 1.6 MILLION people marched on Washington D.C. two days ago. NOT thousands. Foreign countryies had more coverage of the event than any of the US’s main stream media did. It’s a strategy to play down the protest in order to not cause a huge ruckus so people will be ill-informed.

Beck is a libertarian, but the numbers are coming from true Conservatives that are fed up with the two parties. A lot of Conservative republicans where disgusted with the McCain nomination.

Are there any other jobs in Ketchikan other than retail? How about the port? Are there fishing boats that dock there or is that up in the northern cities in Alaska. I know there are fish processing ships that process the fish from fishing boats. It’s a brutal job with long hours but the pay is supposed to be great. I’d hate to see you go back to that city where you came from if your retail job doesn’t last. If I were you I’d hold onto alaska with everything I had.

A currency collapse would equal the collapse of American society, so let’s hope that the dollar stays strong. Gold has been soaring lately. It topped 1K per ounce and is going up fast in response to the plunging dollar value. Owning a mismanaged fiat currency is like owning stock on wall street.

the people going to these tax type protests are non partisan, some are coming from both parties to be independents, they paid their way to travel to wash. , asdo those taking time off work to attend town halls and tea parties. here in p town, oregon the tax day tea party was heavily attended by salt of the earth type folk and the media under reported after they didn’t bother to show up. these people are regular american people, i know because i attended here and watched the 2.5 hr. cspan mo wash

You are bang on with your comment about Republicans trying to insert themselves into these movements. Glenn Beck………..uh huh, anyway. People need to wake up and drop their irrational emotional attachment they have to these corrupt political parties. Unfortunately, they wont, and the movement will continue to be co-opted by corporation Amerika.

You bug out when it is no longer possible for you to stay where you’re at in anything akin to relative safety. That doesn’t mean that you bug out when things aren’t safe though. Chances are, you may be able to stay where you’re at for several months, but as things degrade, you’ll have to start considering other options. Personally, I wouldn’t be caught dead on an island when TSHTF.
